On May 19, 2020, the Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced that circuit breaker measures would be progressively eased starting from June 2, 2020. A phased resumption of construction work will also be permitted, provided it is conducted in a safe and controlled manner to minimize the risk of a COVID-19 resurgence.
