Sinosecu TH-ER110 / TH-ER430
An ultra-slim, PC-free passport reader. Compact and space-saving, suited to reception desks, registration counters and areas with limited space.
Sinosecu OCR reads customer ID cards and passports with high accuracy, installed entirely within your bank's own internal infrastructure, not a third-party cloud. Compliant with Indonesia's financial services regulator (OJK) and data-residency rules, integrated into the KYC flow you already run.
What compliance and IT teams typically worry about when KYC is still manual or relies on a third-party cloud.
Customer identity verification is still manual at the branch, prone to human error, mistyped ID numbers, and long queues.
Customer data is processed through a third-party cloud, a real risk from a data-residency and identity-leak standpoint.
High KYC transaction volume but the scanning process is still slow, prone to timeouts, and holds back new-customer acquisition targets.
Regulators ask where customer data is processed and stored when the OCR vendor uses an overseas data center.
Combining industry-grade OCR precision with straightforward implementation that doesn't require overhauling your business flow.
Staff simply scan the ID card or passport through an internal mobile app, no extra scanner needed for field sales teams or account-opening booths.
The OCR engine is installed entirely within the bank's internal infrastructure, not a third-party cloud. Guarantees 100% confidentiality of customer financial records.
Follows data-residency rules and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, with no customer data payload ever passing through an external server.
Connects to the KYC, AML, and core banking systems you already run via REST API or Native C++/Java SDK, with no change to existing workflows.
A fixed annual license matched to your capacity and scan volume, not a per-transaction charge that complicates your operating budget forecast.
Use optical hardware built to global banking standards for teller desks and branch kiosks, or deploy the Mobile SDK inside your customer app.

Not at all. In the on-premise model, the OCR engine is installed entirely on your bank's own internal server. Documents are processed directly in the internal server's memory, and the extracted result is handed straight to your core banking database without ever leaving the bank's network.
Collie provides a local, microservices-based REST API (Docker container) as well as a Native SDK (C++, Java, .NET) for on-premise systems. The bank's IT team simply calls the local endpoint with the document photo payload, and receives JSON containing the ID number, name, address, date of birth, and even a cropped face photo.
Yes, 100% compliant. Because all infrastructure, computation, and OCR log storage sits on the bank's internal server within Indonesia, the solution inherently satisfies local financial-sector IT provisioning requirements as well as Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.
The On-Premise variant is built for branch and centralised-server scan volume with absolute isolation compliance. The Mobile SDK variant runs at the edge (on staff or customer phones), suited to field acquisition or verification through a smartphone app with no desktop scanner.
We use a transparent annual license (annual subscription) scheme based on volume tier or core server capacity. No hidden per-request charges or awkward billing spikes during a mass account-opening promotion.
