Usually not. Collie's AI video analytics can run on top of your existing cameras as long as the resolution and mounting position are adequate. What's typically needed is dedicated cameras at license plate reading points and IoT sensors, since both measure things regular cameras can't capture.

Yes. Attendance, access, and vehicle data are available for export or integration, so attendance records don't need to be re-typed into your existing academic or payroll systems.

Facial data is stored as encrypted templates on a server you designate, not as a collection of photos anyone can access. Access rights are role-based, every data access is logged, and inactive student accounts can be deleted. We help prepare consent documents and notification flows in line with personal data protection regulations.

Both are possible. Many campuses choose an on-premise server in their own server room so biometric data never leaves the campus environment, while multi-location campuses usually choose cloud so all campuses appear in a single dashboard.

No. Most campuses start with access control and attendance, then add other modules the following semester. Since everything runs on the same platform, adding modules doesn't mean re-registering people's data or retraining the system from scratch.

Day-to-day operations are handled by existing security staff — the interface is web-based and notifications can be sent to Telegram. We provide admin training and hands-on support during the first semester of use.
