Every registered face in a designated area is expected. Anyone else isn’t. The moment Collie’s cameras spot a face that isn’t in your database, it’s tagged as a stranger and security is notified instantly — on the web app and directly to Telegram, with the location, device, and time attached.

How it flows
Video analytics can run on your existing CCTV, NVR, or VMS — Collie’s platform adapts to the infrastructure you already have.
Cameras in designated zones continuously scan for faces, running the same detection used across Collie’s platform.
Every detected face is checked against the registered database in real time — a match clears silently, a miss doesn’t.
An unrecognised face triggers an immediate notification with location, device, and time — to the app and to Telegram.
Stranger alerts show up in the Collie web app for anyone reviewing the dashboard, and push directly to Telegram so security personnel don’t need to keep a browser open to stay informed. Both carry the same detail — where, on which device, and exactly when.

Stranger Detection uses the same Worker, Staff and Visitor registry as the rest of Collie — so a robot on patrol, or a fixed camera at a gate, both flag the same unrecognised face the same way, with no separate list to maintain.
